There are many ways to Connect Plumbing (Water) pipes. Compression fittings are a fast way to do, but in Hong Kong most pipes are buried underneath cement and it will corrode with Time. In LH we only use more superior soldering joints (image). In addition to soldering the joints we also bend the pipes rather than using sharp connectors, which further retains the pressure in the plumbing pipes. We use only BS standard Copper pipes & fittings either from UK or Australia. (Image: Our in-house Plumbing Team at work soldering personally every single joint and you can see the pipes are bent rather than using sharp connectors retaining pressure, avoiding low pressure in kitchens and bathrooms.)In addition to soldering the joints we also bend the pipes rather than using a 90 degree connector, which further retains the pressure in the plumbing pipes. This avoids unnecessary Water leakages and seepages in the future by ensuring correct procedure is applied during construction and no shortcuts are taken. Site Surveys

We visit our sites daily & we have around 5-6 sites operational at any given time in. Quality Control, supporting our Trades and ensuring the Projects are moving at the well known LH-Speed is of key importance saving downtime and Expenses for our clients as well as maintaing our own Schedules as we book projects 6-8 months ahead of time.

Due to different movements of the two building structures there is a shear gap in between (cavity) that could cause seepage hence wall is not accessible. Or it could be non-cooperative neighbour. Method B: is a waterproofing injection method. We pre-drill HILTI anchors and attach a waterproofing pressurised waterproofing liquid acrylic hose. And with pressure inject it and by expansion and compression fills the cavities
