Architectural A & A works

LH collaborates with structural engineers on Alterations & Additions (A&A) projects. These projects require feasibility studies, reports, and detailed plans. Once calculations for materials, thicknesses, and structural grades are complete, the plans are submitted to the Building Department or Housing Authorities for approval.

Feasibility

The example below is a rooftop flat in pok fu lam on 25th floor: - 2 years Build including the BD approval for the build - 18 months for BD approval, including RSE (Reg. Structural Engineering & drafting) & submissions for A&A Works - Engineering plans, BD approval and consultancy fee for all documentation required: 950,000HKD

LH Assigned RSE is appointed General contractor’s side. An intermediate Consultant is assigned as a neutral party (T1 certified). BD inspectors will schedule visits for approving the progress of works.
